The spacious suite was fantastic, complete with a lovely breakfast that impressed us both—especially the made-to-order omelettes. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our early check-in smooth!

Unfortunately, the overall decor felt dated and there were minor cleanliness issues that detracted from our experience. Also, we faced noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, which was unfortunate.

Great Location with Excellent Breakfast

I had a fun time at this hotel, especially enjoying the made-to-order omelet station during breakfast and the relaxing evening reception with complimentary drinks. The staff were accommodating and friendly, which added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. However, the size and comfort level of the double beds left something to be desired, as they were smaller than expected and made for a less restful night.

Had an amazing time with friends! The complimentary Evening Reception was a hit, and we loved hitting up Uptown Altamonte for shopping and fun. The King Suite was spacious and clean, making it perfect for our group. Plus, the easy access to attractions made our stay even better!

One downside was that the elevators felt pretty outdated, which made us wait longer than expected during busy times.

Recommend it for families with young ones

We arrived after our cruise and they let us check in early. Those free drinks from 5:30 to 7:30 were a nice touch, helped me unwind after the hectic travel.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but acceptable for what we got.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me retrieve my forgotten earphones. The courteous staff made my stay memorable. Highly recommend it!

Had a comfy room just off the atrium. The breakfast buffet was awesome, lots to choose from! Everyone was friendly and helpful, really enjoyed my time. Only issue was no fresh coffee available until 7:30 am—kinda a bummer for early risers. But overall, a solid stay!

i stayed with my family after a few trips to orlando, and this time was much better. everything felt more spacious in our king suite, and the indoor pool was a fun surprise for the kids. the complimentary drinks in the evening were a nice touch that enhanced our stay.

the embassy suites had a great location, especially for large wedding parties. the check-in was super smooth which made arriving easy. i loved the wonderful atmosphere in the atrium where guests mingle. everyone was friendly, which added to the experience.

The check-in process was a bit messy at first. They assigned my room number to someone else, which caused a delay. Thankfully, the staff resolved it quickly and I got a room with a lovely lake view. The beds were comfortable, which helped after a long day. Breakfast options were impressive, especially the made-to-order omelet station. However, the dinner options left something to be desired. My husband was disappointed they had no Jack Daniel's at the hotel bar during both visits. It’s a bummer when you’re looking forward to a drink. The room itself was decent, but the bathroom felt cramped. It would be nice if they updated the bathroom layout. Overall, the staff was friendly, which added to the stay. I walked away satisfied but hopeful for some menu improvements.

Spacious room had a flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator. Awesome indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. Breakfast included made-to-order omelets and fresh pastries. The staff was helpful when I needed extra toiletries. The location near Cranes Roost Park offered beautiful views for evening walks.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by excessive noise in the atrium. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and the maintenance response was slow, leaving me with a broken shower head for two days.

Do recommend for a short layover

Spacious suite, friendly staff, the complimentary breakfast included omelets made to order, and the happy hour offering free drinks made for a welcoming atmosphere.

Everything was exemplary.
